The most popular alloys are manganese brass (used in the production of coins), red brass (so-called tombac), tin and lead. Flat bars made of them are used to create structures and interior decoration. It is a useful intermediate in model making, automotive industry and handicrafts.

Sale of brass flat bars
Brass flat bars are intended for machining. We also offer aluminum flat bars. We sell brass flat bars of various types, e.g. CuZn38Pb2, which has high resistance to water and alkaline salt solutions, and CuZn38Pb1 (CW607N) popular for contact with food water. We also offer brass with lead (CuZn40Pb2, CuZn39Pb3 and CuZn39Pb2), which is highly resistant to adverse weather conditions and other mechanical factors. We recommend, among others popular brass CW614N. It is susceptible to heat forming and machining. Some grades can also be cold worked, e.g. CuZn40Pb2, also known as CW617N.
