Nickel-silicon copper CW111C
CW111C Nickel Silicon Copper (ISO: CuNi2Si) is a type of copper with very high strength, especially at low temperatures. High resistance to abrasion and corrosion makes it an alloy very often used in industry. Elements such as drilling tools, parts of pumps and ball valves, mechanical seals and hydraulic valve bodies are made of nickel-silicon copper. Nickel-silicon copper provides very good electrical and thermal conductivity. In the chemical composition of the alloy, apart from copper, there are elements such as: iron – ≤ 0.20%, manganese ≤ 0.10%, nickel – 1.60-2.50%, lead – ≤ 0.02%, silicon – 0.40-0.80%, others – ≤ 0.20%. Nickel-silicon copper is a multifunctional alloy with a very wide range of applications.

- Tensile strength 260Mpa,
- Yield strength Rp0.2 at 20⁰C: 60 MPa.
