Bronze material
Bronze is a material known for thousands of years. Thanks to its durability and appearance, it was appreciated in antiquity. It has long been used for the production of jewelry. Bronze, or more precisely – bronzes – are called alloys of copper with tin and other metals. The copper content varies depending on the grade, but always oscillates between 80% and 90% of the alloy. The material owes its name to the Italian city of Brindisi. It was ancient Brundisium that specialized in ore processing. Bronze is an easily machined material and has high resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. It can be hardened. It is electrochemically neutral. It is used in many industries.
Sale of bronze
We sell bronzes that are perfect for plastic processing. Among them are: beryllium bronze, tin and aluminum bronze (BA1032). Beryllium bronze contains up to more than 2% beryllium. There may also be other additives in the alloy – such as nickel, cobalt and titanium. Due to its properties, it is a raw material used for the production of springs and heat-resistant details. It is also used to produce precision chemical apparatus. Tin and aluminum bronzes are used in heavy industry and construction. They are used to produce, among others, bronze bars. BA1032 aluminum bronze is also used in the chemical industry. It is also very popular in shipbuilding. Due to its resistance to the destructive effects of salt water, it is used to make elements working in the depths of the sea. It is also a raw material used for the production of screws, shafts and bearings. Tin bronze is most often used for the manufacture of items and components that must maintain resistance to strong friction. Especially in the version with a large admixture of lead (bronze RG7), it does its job best. Other varieties used for these purposes are alloys marked B101 (tin-phosphorus bronze) and CuSn 12 (tin bronze).
CuSn12
Bronze CUSn12 has good sliding properties. In addition, like other tin bronzes, it has high elasticity and resistance to corrosion and abrasion. It shows durability even at high speeds. First of all, it is used for the production of gears, bearings and worms. CUSn12 is a self-lubricating bronze.

Bronze Rg7
Tin-zinc-lead Rg7 bronze (CuSn7ZnPb) is one of the most popular bronze alloys. It is resistant to corrosion, sea water and abrasion, which is why it is also called sliding bronze. It is used to produce bearings in the automotive industry, as well as bushings. It is recommended for places where there is a lack of proper lubrication. It is used in the chemical industry and in construction.

Bronze B101
Bronze B101 (CuSn10P) is a specialized tin-phosphor bronze with high resistance to mechanical loads, abrasion, crushing, corrosion and high temperatures. It is used in the production of chemical fittings and parts of devices and machines that are exposed to corrosion, heavy loads and rotation, e.g. bearings. It is distinguished by its castability and machinability. This alloy is also called phosphor bronze. It contains about 1% of red phosphorus. We offer e.g. bars, shafts, sleeves, flat bars and tubes made of B101 bronze. Please contact us for details of the offer.
