Brass tapes
Our brass bands are one of the most frequently chosen products. All thanks to the wide range of applications and good technical properties. Brass is easy to form and has a high melting point and high corrosion resistance, making it perfect for a variety of purposes. Apart from bands, very popular products are brass bars. They are usually available in thicknesses up to 0.8 mm in a cut of about 300 mm, but it is possible to order tapes cut to a specific width.
Use of brass bands
The scope of application of brass bands is extremely wide. The spectrum of their usefulness results from the favorable properties of the alloy, and therefore the product itself. The key here is strength, flexibility and resistance to deformation. Thanks to this, we can easily find the right product for the automotive industry, but also one that will work reliably in the construction or electrotechnical industry. When executing orders, we always try to choose the best type of brass for the individual needs of the customer. Based on our extensive experience and extensive knowledge of individual materials, we advise representatives of various industries. You will find here different grades of this alloy – including, among others, strips of high-nickel brass, sometimes called new silver. It is an excellent material for manufacturers operating in the furniture sector. Brass works well as a great finishing material. It is also widely used by jewelers and jewelry manufacturers due to its susceptibility to drawing and stamping.
High nickel brass tapes
High nickel brass, in addition to copper and zinc, contains an admixture of nickel and manganese, which give it a characteristic silver color. Due to its good elastic properties and corrosion resistance, it is an excellent material for manufacturers operating in the furniture sector. Brass works well as a great finishing material. It is also widely used by jewelers and jewelry manufacturers due to its susceptibility to drawing and stamping. New silver is also used in electrical engineering, electronics and teleradiotechnics. Not only color, but also abrasion resistance make it used for the production of dishes and tableware, as well as precision medical equipment.
